Acne is common among teenagers, just about every human that has walked this earth has suffered from acne at least once in there life.
What is it: Acne is bassically a disorder within the skin in which oil glands and hair glands become inflamed.
Effect: Damages skin, leaves scars, causes infections, but most of all, lowers ones appearence in turn lowering self esteem.

1. There are many treatments that you can buy over the counter at your local supermarket, that aim at removing and preventing breakouts in the future. Eg, clearasil proactive, etc.

2. Vitamins are a very effective safe treatment for acne, The best vitamins for the job are niacin, vitamin A, and Vitamin E. These vitamins also help heel scaring tissue which results in less skin damage.
3. Diet can be one of the best ways to reduce the amount of acne you have. Many people stop eating chocolate and then complain that it is not working, it will work but chocolate is not the only food you will have to stop eating. Greasy and oily food such as Hamburgers, Fries, Chicken and penut butter are the other majour building blocks of acne that you must stop eating for an effect to appear.
